Social media management
that feeds the pipeline, not the vanity metrics
Local content, consistent scheduling and paid support for contractors and clinics — with every comment, DM and click routed straight into your GoHighLevel CRM so social actually produces booked work.

In plain language
What this actually is
For a service business, social media is not a brand exercise. It is proof. Job photos, before-and-afters, a tech explaining why a furnace short-cycles — that is what makes a homeowner trust you enough to call.
We plan and publish that content on a steady schedule, then connect the engagement back into the CRM so a DM asking 'how much for a tune-up?' becomes a tracked lead instead of a notification somebody missed.
The workflow
Engineered end to end
Social workflow
Posts that end up in the pipeline, not just the feed
- Step 1
Content created
Job photos and clips from your crew turned into captions, graphics and short-form edits.
- Step 2
Scheduled
A month of posts planned and approved in advance inside the GoHighLevel planner.
- Step 3
Published across platforms
Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and where relevant LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Step 4
Engagement tracked
Comments and DMs monitored, first response handled within business hours.
- Step 5
Leads routed into the CRM
A genuine enquiry becomes a tracked contact with source attribution and the same follow-up cadence.
Distribution fan-out
- Google Business Profile
- TikTok
Channel mix is chosen per business. We recommend against publishing everywhere by default — it dilutes the content and the reporting.
Who it's for
Built for these situations
Contractors with no time to post
You have the job photos on your phone. What you do not have is an hour a day to write captions and schedule them.
Businesses with inconsistent presence
Three posts in one week, then nothing for two months. Consistency, not brilliance, is what moves local reach.
Teams running local paid campaigns
Organic content that supports the ads, so the profile a paid click lands on looks alive rather than abandoned.
What's included
Everything in the build
Monthly content plan
A calendar mapped to your season, your services and local events — approved by you before anything publishes.
Content production
Captions, graphics and short-form edits built from your job photos and footage. We give you a simple shot list so capture takes minutes.
Scheduling and publishing
Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and TikTok where relevant, published from GoHighLevel's planner.
Engagement routing
Comments and DMs monitored, first-response handled, and genuine enquiries pushed into the CRM as leads with source attribution.
Google Business Profile posts
Often the highest-intent surface for a local service business, and the one most competitors ignore.
Paid support (optional)
Boosted local campaigns and lead-form ads, wired to the same funnels and follow-up automation.
Monthly reporting
Reach and engagement, but with leads and booked jobs from social alongside them — the numbers that matter.
The process
How we build it
- 1Audit and positioningWe review your current profiles, your competitors locally, and agree the three content pillars we will run.
- 2Capture systemA short shot list and a shared upload folder so your crew can contribute photos without any friction.
- 3Plan and approveYou get the month's calendar in advance. Approve once, and we publish on schedule.
- 4Publish and engageContent goes out consistently; comments and DMs are handled within business hours and routed to the CRM.
- 5Review and adjustMonthly, we cut what nobody engaged with and do more of what produced enquiries.
FAQ
Social Media Management questions
What should not be automated on social?
Replies to complaints, anything involving a specific customer's job, and pricing conversations. We automate scheduling, publishing and first-touch acknowledgement; anything requiring judgment goes to a human. Fully automated comment replies are the fastest way to look like a bot.
Do you write the content or do I?
We write and produce it from your material. You supply job photos and the occasional short video clip, and approve the month's calendar. That is typically about an hour of your time per month.
Which platforms actually matter for a contractor?
For most US home-service businesses: Google Business Profile first, then Facebook, then Instagram. TikTok and LinkedIn are worth it for specific niches — we will tell you honestly if they are not worth your money.
Will this generate leads on its own?
Social rarely produces leads in isolation. It shortens the trust gap so that when someone needs you — from a search, a referral or an ad — the decision is already half made. We measure it as assisted conversions in the CRM, not as likes.
Can you run paid ads as well?
Yes, as an add-on. Local lead-form and traffic campaigns connected to the same funnels and speed-to-lead automation, so paid leads get the same nine-second response.
