GoHighLevel funnels and websites
built to book jobs, not win design awards
We design and build your site and campaign funnels inside GoHighLevel, wired to the CRM, the calendar and the follow-up automation from day one — so a click turns into a booked appointment instead of a form that nobody chases.

In plain language
What this actually is
A funnel is simply a page with one job: get the right visitor to take one action. A website is the broader home for your business. We build both in GoHighLevel so everything a visitor does is captured in one system you own.
No plugins to maintain, no separate form tool, no CSV exports between platforms. The page, the lead record, the SMS that fires nine seconds later and the calendar the booking lands on all live in the same account.
The workflow
Engineered end to end
Funnel workflow
From click to booked job, without a human chasing it
- Step 1
Lead enters the funnel
Ad, search or social click lands on a single-purpose GHL page and submits the form.
- Step 2
Automation triggers
The workflow fires in under a second — contact created, source tagged, owner assigned.
- Step 3
SMS + email sequence
Instant text at zero seconds, email at one minute, AI callback for high-intent forms.
- Step 4
CRM stage updates
The opportunity moves through New → Contacted → Qualified automatically as the lead responds.
- Step 5
Booked and converted
Appointment lands on the real calendar, reminders queue, and the job is attributed to its source.

Who it's for
Built for these situations
Service businesses running paid ads
If you send traffic to a homepage, you are paying for clicks that bounce. A dedicated funnel for each offer routinely doubles the booking rate from the same spend.
Owners on an aging website
Slow, unmanaged WordPress sites with a contact form that emails an inbox nobody reads. We migrate the content and wire it into a CRM that actually follows up.
Multi-service or multi-location operators
Separate funnels per trade or per city, each with its own tracking, its own pipeline and its own automation, without rebuilding the site every time.
What's included
Everything in the build
Conversion-first page build
Home, services, industry and location pages, or a single-offer funnel — mobile-first, fast, and structured around one primary action per page.
Lead capture wired to the CRM
Every form, chat and call-back request creates or updates a GoHighLevel contact with source, campaign and page attribution attached.
Calendar and booking flow
Real availability from your Google, Outlook or GHL calendar, with round-robin routing, buffers and confirmation reminders.
Tracking that survives an audit
GA4, Meta and Google Ads conversion events, plus call tracking numbers so you can see which page produced which booked job.
On-page SEO foundations
Unique titles and descriptions per page, semantic headings, schema markup, sitemap and clean internal linking.
Copy written for the trade
Plain language your customers use, not agency filler. We write it; you approve it before launch.
The process
How we build it
- 1Discovery and offer mappingThirty minutes on your services, pricing guardrails, service area and the objections your team hears most. We map one funnel per offer.
- 2Wireframe and copyYou see the structure and the words before a single pixel is designed, so revisions are cheap.
- 3Build inside your GHL accountPages, forms, calendars, pipelines and tracking are built in an account registered in your name, which you keep.
- 4QA and launchCross-device testing, form-to-CRM verification, live test bookings, then DNS cutover with redirects mapped from the old site.
- 5Tune on real dataTwo weeks after launch we review heatmaps, drop-off and booking rate, then ship the first round of improvements.
FAQ
Funnels & Websites questions
Do I have to move off my current website?
Not necessarily. Plenty of clients keep their existing site and run GoHighLevel funnels alongside it for paid campaigns. If the site is slow, unmaintained or does not capture leads properly, we usually recommend rebuilding it in GHL so everything sits in one system.
Who owns the GoHighLevel account and the pages?
You do. The account is created in your name and business email. If you ever stop working with us, the funnels, contacts, automations and calendars stay with you.
Is a funnel better than a normal website?
They do different jobs. A funnel converts a specific campaign audience; a website builds trust and captures organic search. Most service businesses need a website with funnel pages behind their ads, which is exactly how we build it.
How is this different from hiring a web designer?
A designer hands you a page. We hand you a page connected to a CRM, a calendar, a follow-up sequence and, if you want it, an AI receptionist answering the phone that page generates. The page is one component of a booking system.
Can you match my existing branding?
Yes. We work from your logo, colours and photography, or build a clean visual identity if you do not have one.
